Via Online cancellation Request:
To start the process, credit cardholders must file online cancellation requests for their ICICI Bank credit cards :
- Visit ICICI Bank’s website for further information.
- Use your net banking login information to access your ICICI Bank Credit Card net banking account.
- Select ‘Deactivate ICICI Bank Credit Card’ under ‘Service Request’.
- To enter all the necessary information, including your card number and the reason for your cancellation, you will be forwarded to a new page.
- To begin the ICICI Bank Credit Card closure process, submit the form.
- Within three business days, an ICICI Bank representative will get in touch with you to discuss the termination of your ICICI Bank credit card. ICICI Bank will terminate your ICICI Bank Credit Card once the appropriate facts have been discussed between the bank executive and the cardholder.
