Make sure the subject line of your email explicitly states that you want to cancel your Axis Bank credit card.
Include information in the email like your name, credit card number, and registration phone number. You do not need to provide private information like the PIN or CVV of your credit card in the email.
You will be given instructions on how to proceed after the bank acknowledges receipt of your letter and closes the account permanently.
