How to Redeem ICICI credit card points through Net Banking:

You can use Net Banking to redeem your ICICI Credit Card Reward points in the ways listed below:

Step 1: Enter your user ID and password to access your online banking account.

Go to the Credit Cards page and select “Reward Points” in step two.

Step 3: Select Online Redeem.

Step 4: Decide which of the redeemable items you want to use.

Step 5: You’ll receive a special order ID that you must write down.

Step 6: Your order will be placed and delivered to the address you provided, hopefully within 10 working days.

Step 7: Orders that have already been placed are final and cannot be changed for cash or another reward.

The ways to redeem your ICICI Credit Card Reward points through Customer Care are shown below:

Call the 24-hour customer service line for your city’s ICICI Bank credit card.
Give the item code for the reward you have chosen to the customer service agent when you speak with them.
A special order ID will be supplied to you, so make a note of it.
In around 10 working days, your order should arrive at the address you provided.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash or another incentive.

Visit the website zillionrewards.in/ as the first step.
Step 2: Select your product from the PAYBACK Rewards Catalogue’s more than 1,000 offerings.
Step 3: Choose your rewards from categories including electronics, kitchen appliances, travel, and mobile devices.
Step 4: Sign in to the portal and start by placing your reward order.
Step 5: Your email address and cellphone number will both receive the voucher. If you’ve ordered something, it will be delivered in two weeks to your billing address.

Observation: If you ordered a product, it will be delivered to your billing address in 2 weeks time.
